Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. A consultation is performed prior to the treatment in order to discuss options, scenarios for treatment, as well as financial and applicable insurance benefits. Occasionally, surgery can be performed the same day as the consultation. In some cases, a complex medical history or treatment plan may require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day. We encourage all of our patients to fill out the registration paperwork located on our website to expedite your time in our office.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
If your dentist or physician has taken x-rays, CT scans, or photos, please request that they send them electronically to our office through our
online portal. If additional films, CT scans, or photos are necessary they can be taken at our facility, which may require an additional fee depending on the situation and insurance coverage.
