Dr. V. Patrick Hall is an Ogden native, who in his youth found his greatest joy playing soccer for Ogden United. Dr. Hall credits his coaches, team mates, and their families for shaping his future by helping him develop grit, respect, leadership, and a sincere love for family and friends.

During high school Dr. Hall developed a love for mechanics while rebuilding his ’64 Chevy pickup truck. Working his way through college, he managed multiple Jiffy Lube shops and married his high school sweetheart, Melissa. Melissa was a surgical assistant and later became marketing director for Dr. Todd C. Liston. Allowing Dr. Hall to shadow and later hiring him as a surgical assistant, Dr. Liston became a close mentor, close friend, and a catalyst showing Dr. Hall a way to take his passion for mechanics and blend it with his desire to develop professional skills to better serve his community.

After graduating with Honors from Weber State University, Dr. Hall earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Louisville, graduating top of his class. He then completed 4-years of hospital based residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Virginia Commonwealth University. Residency afforded Dr. Hall the privilege to train with numerous renowned surgeons. Dr. Hall was also fortunate to spend extensive time gaining education and training from Dr. Joe Niamtu III, a highly respected leader in facial cosmetic surgery. Thus adding a unique facet to Dr. Hall’s surgical training, facial cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Hall’s extensive opportunities to serve both locally and internationally have instilled in him a deep desire to serve others at home and abroad. Through this service Dr. Hall developed love for all mankind and the understanding that serving his fellow man, in any capacity, is the most uplifting and important work.

Dr. Hall’s passions in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery include; full mouth rehabilitation with dental implants and bone grafting, Orthognathic surgery, treatment of pathologic diseases of the mouth and jaws, removal of wisdom teeth, reconstruction of traumatic facial injuries, and facial cosmetic surgeries including; rhytidectomy (face lift), blepharoplasty (eye lid surgery), facial implants, brow lifts, neuromodulators, and dermal fillers.

Dr. Hall and his wife have 4 beautiful children. Together the Hall family enjoys camping, fishing, snowboarding, water sports, biking, and any sport with a ball.
